Using Scanning White Light Interferometry (SWLI), the NewView™ 7000 Series of optical profilers provide extremely precise, high-resolution form and roughness characterization of parts up to 21.59 x 21.85 mm with a single measurement, or parts up to 150 x 150 mm using multiple measurements and unique image stitching-capabilities.
Building on the proven reliability of ZYGO's trusted NewView™ surface profilers, ZYGO's NewView™ MPT provides important operational and performance enhancements which make it easy to measure precision parts right on the factory floor. The NewView™ MPT's rugged enclosure provides a secure, yet service-accessible, housing for the NewView™ surface profiler and computer system, a factory-grade keyboard and pointing device, and an ergonomically-mounted 17-inch flat-panel touchscreen/display – all in a footprint of less than one square yard.
Integrated Metrology Solutions
Enhancing the functionality and production readiness of all our metrology systems is a priority at ZYGO. All of ZYGO's industrial metrology systems can be integrated with automated part handling for exact placement, removal, and sorting. This capability greatly improves the throughput of the measurement process, frequently making possible 100% inspection of all manufactured parts.
